The payment must be paid at check-in. :::: Check out:::: up to 10:00 at check-out at the scheduled time, will be returned the copies of the keys and the property will be surveyed. :::: What's included:::: the value of rent includes water expenses, condominium, gas, internet. For monthly rentals, the cost of electricity is not included in the value of the lease and must be paid by the lessee, as measured consumption Bed linen, towels, blankets included. Bed linen, bath & blankets are provided free of charge up to the number of guests. Recomendable El apartamento es muy confortable y moderno. Tiene buena ubicación. El anfitrión Marcelo tuvo una excelente comunicación desde el check out hasta la partida. Recomiendo
