Large apartment located in the noble area of Maceió, opposite the sea, in gated community, with electronic security, on the 6th floor, with accessibility for wheelchair users, has elevators, cable tv, internet for 30 megs with wi-fi (router and modem in own apt), split in both rooms and bars on the Windows.
