House with rooms 02, 01 bathroom, living room, kitchen, balcony, laundry area, is about 600 m from the sea. Quiet location and with a privileged view.

There are 800 metres from the sea .01 car garage, But in front of the House holds up 02 parked cars.

Easy access by toll-Reserva do Paiva or 60 PE.
O Lugar é agradável, e o imóvel tem acomodações simples; os proprietários são gentis e hospitaleiros. A região é repleta de belas praias e a paisagem é exuberante. Tem restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Quanto as praias, em especial, a de Suape, é excelente p/banho (na área mais distante do calçadão). Além disso, é possível, degustar variados "caldinhos" de frutos do mar, peixe frito, etc.
