Location in Praia Seca, Araruama

Is 50 m from the pond (Beach of the virtues) and 400 metres from the Sea (beach of Vargas). Next to the Salinas Yacht Club and the Wind Surf school UP-Wind, located on the beach of the virtues. Very nice location and easy access. The Car Company 1001 bus (Rio x Arraial do Cabo, via dry Beach), passes on the street corner, there are 50 metres from the property. Next to the property have markets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, gas station, Bank 24/7. and shops in General. It is 20 KM from the city of Araruama and 35 KM from the city of Arraial do Cabo and Cabo Frio using the highway (RJ-102) which goes through Dry Beach. Very attractive Highway, by the landscapes and picturesque sites.
