14-this Agreement authorizes the hosting, the maximum number of persons indicated above. The addition of this number, may be agreed with the lessor, usually will be charged an additional value of R $50.00 per person, per day. The mattresses extras will be the responsibility of the Lessee. If there is no authorization on the part of the lessor, it can require immediate evacuation of guests. Visitors who stay on the property will also be subject to the same rules as above.

Cancellation of the Reservation If the guest cancels with more than 90 days before the date of the hosting, the host will return 80% of the deposited amount.
If the guest cancels with less than 90 days in advance, there will be no reimbursement.
The cancellation of stay on arrival and early departure for any reason will not give right to any kind of refund.
