The apartment

Charming and comfortable apartment in the coolest region of São Paulo. The apartment has all kitchen appliances (stove, fridge, washing machine, ...), bathroom and bed linen, not to mention the modern and sophisticated decor. Sitting room with TV and Wi-Fi and a cosy sofa bed, on the balcony there is a table with chairs for a cup of coffee or a juice in hot days.

It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment to use the balcony, always leave the apartment clean and organized as you found it, take care of my house as if it were your.

Location in Consolação, São Paulo

The neighborhood is very well served, with wide choice of delicious restaurants, at night you can enjoy the bars and clubs in the region, not to mention that there is also around, markets, bakeries and pharmacies, schools and colleges and a super nice Mall (Shopping Frei mug), with Theatre and cinema halls. In part of the gardens is full of shops of various national and imported brands. The apartment is for 4 blocks from AV. Paulista, where is possible to have subway and several bus lines.
