Apartment all furnished, extremely well ventilated and very well located. It is close to the sunset of the alligator, the surfer Beach, Red and Sand Beaches of Cabedelo. Approximately 35 km away from the most beautiful beach in all of Paraíba. Bank, market, pharmacy, gas station, coffee shops, shops, promenade ... all in the same neighborhood. It is close to the celebrations of new year (Summer and new year's Eve Fest Intermares). The condo has pool, social area, lift, private garage. Are 3 bedrooms (1 suite) with two double and two single beds + two networks. (Eight people) Large living room with two rooms, 2 balconies, TV, dining table.
