The house

House of charm! Safe and comfortable has nautical decor, providing pleasant stay. Located in the central region-3 km from the historic centre-two blocks from the beach in paved Street, no way out, with street lighting and neighborhood with permanent residents. Bicycle trail and Boardwalk to the beach 200 m. The wall of 2, 5 m offers privacy and security. Entrance to three cars and garage door with remote control. There are three comfortable and cozy suites: -1 SUITE: double bed Box with high-profile mattress, air conditioning, Led Smart TV Phillips 40?, 2 closets, full bathroom and Box to the roof-tiled luxury shower. -SUITE: 2 double bed Box with high-profile mattress, air conditioning, TV 32 Phillips Led?, closet, bathroom and Box to the roof-tiled luxury shower. -3 SUITE: double bed Box with high-profile mattress, air conditioning, TV 32 Phillips Led?, closet, bathroom and Box to the roof-tiled luxury shower. Wi-Fi and sound environment. The pool is framed by beautiful landscaping and pond with carps, Aquarium and external shower. Kitchen? integrated with social area with all appliances including a microwave, Toaster, juicer, Blender, refractory and clay pots for moqueca de peixe. Large balcony encircling the House, barbecue with worktop and sink, with indoor lighting for night time use. Service area with washing machine, stainless steel tank and clothesline. The beach two blocks, with bar, restaurant and kiosk on the beach. Mansa Beach, ideal for children and the elderly, with a wooded area with toys for the kids. Two good restaurants, supermarket, bakery, butcher, Delicatessen and the 200 m. Férias maravilhosa!!! Passei 7 dias de férias em Março de 2021 com a minha família nesta casa maravilhosa!!! Superou minhas expectativas, tudo perfeito, a casa é exatamente como nas fotos, aconchegante, super equipada, higiene impecável, uma casa simplesmente dos sonhos!!! E o anfitrião Sr. Rafael, extremamente atencioso e simpático.
