ONLY FAMILY-DON'T RENT to YOUTH GANG-UP to 6 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN Located 3 blocks from enseada Beach, extra hypermarket on the corner, 2 bakeries and pharmacy next door, restaurant and pizzeria next to the building, apartment very well located! Apartment c/70 m ² on the 1st floor with elevator. Have 02 bedrooms bathrooms .02 (social and service), living room, kitchen, laundry area and 01 parking space. The apartment is spotless, all the furniture is new, were replaced in March 2015. (Room: 39 "lcd tv, dvd, ceiling fan. KITCHEN: fridge with freezer, Cooking Hob with an oven, microwave, Blender, coffee maker, blender and full utensils. 1 ROOM: air conditioning, bed marriage box, bunk beds, large wardrobe, screen protection in the window. 2 BEDROOM: ceiling fan, treliche, screen protection in the window. 02 BATHROOMS: both with glass box. Balcony with table and chairs)-ANIMALS are not allowed. -Does not have beach chairs and beach umbrella. Tenants generally use the kiosks on the beach. -The apartment is complete, simply take pillows, bed linen, table and bath. -PLEASE CONSULT availability and VALUES P/DATE YOU WANT to Comments: Rates subject to change without notice. -The reservation will be valid only after the deposit of 50% of the value of the rent, and the remainder must be deposited with up to 5 days before the entrance in the apartment -In case of cancellation the amount paid will not be returned and will not make the exchange of booking date. -One-time obligatory cleaning (R $100,00) to be paid by deposit.

Atendeu as expectativas Gostei do apartamento, da localização, perto de mercado, padaria, lanchonete, restaurante, farmácia, da praia. Etc.
