Duplex apartment house with 2 apartments (bungalows), which can be rented separately for maximum 4 persons or together (rent the whole House for maximum 8 people), in the exclusive neighbourhood of HORSESHOE neighborhood closer to the center of Búzios and Rua das Pedras. In this neighbourhood you avoid the traffic congesstionamento of Manguinhos and Geriba because can access through ALTERNATIVE and is not hours standing in traffic to get to/exit from Rua das Pedras.
Originally it was a 5-star Hotel was privatised and converted into luxurious villas with spectacular view, where live French, Germans, Brazilians, Argentines Swissos, English, a Babylonia spread in gardens and trees, with view of the beach, sea and the costao Ferradura Beach and next to the Mata Atlantica. Each apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 people, 161 drive on the bottom, 1 suite with a/c, luxury bathroom, granite countertop, tempered glass box, living room with sofa bed, large refrigerator, stove 4 burners, microwave, TV local channels, the screen against mosquitoes in Windows, network on the porch, and on deck, spectacular, airy, with the/vento of the sea breeze sometimes not need a/c. Many gardens, butterflies, trees, nature. gated with 24 hour doorman, guardhouse, you can walk to the beach, more or less 600 m of the Horseshoe the most exclusive, with houses. The beach of calm waters good for swimming, diving, rent banana boat, jet skies, kayaks. Nao ha cancelamentos/creditos por nao ter sol, motivos climaticos que fogem ao controle da proprietaria.

The walk to praia da Ferradura (= or-600 m from the beach), residential neighborhood, quiet, with houses scattered through the streets of many trees. Don't take the terrible traffic at the entrance to the Centre of Buzios, because the battle by the alternative pathway, facilitating the quick access and close to the center of Búzios and rua das Pedras. 5 min drive from downtown Buzios and Rua das Pedras.
