Enjoy the holidays in a House facing the sea, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, gourmet dining hall, kitchen, laundry area. FORTRESS OF THE BISHOP I AND BISHOP'S FORTRESS II. AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND, WITH DIFFERENTIATED PRICES FOR LOW AND HIGH SEASON, NEW YEAR'S EVE AND CARNIVAL. Comments: 1° floor: bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room, kitchen and service area with washing machine. 2° floor: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds), bathroom, sitting room and reading a gourmet space with barbecue and a sensational view of the beach We do not supply bedding or bath, neither we have beach chairs, for that TRANSLATAM of PLANE, we can rent bed linen and bath, in the amount of R $180.00 for a set of bed linen for all beds, and other value of R $180.00 for 8 sets bath and face towels. We have closed parking lots in front of the House for 2 medium vehicles, CHECK in from 14:00 and CHECK OUT until the 10 hs.

SPECIFICATIONS for SEASONS in the BISHOP'S FORTRESS 1-real transactions 2-responsible for rent must be greater than 18 years; 3-Send names and identity numbers of the people who attend the fortress; 4-payment Conditions: 50% on booking and 50% two working days before the entry-via bank transfer or bank deposit in cash. 5-upon receipt of the keys leave deposit check in the amount of R $800.00, returned at check-out. 6-light and water consumption are already included in the daily value; 7-do not have pillows, bedding and bath. 8-cleaning for 1 cleaning fee will be performed on output 10-the daily starts 14 hs and ends the next day hs 10 11-Disposal of property: 11.1? Ground floor: bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room, kitchen (fridge and stove, no oven), laundry room (washing machine). 11.2. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds, bathroom, gourmet space with barbecue. 12-this Agreement authorizes the hosting of a maximum of 8 people in the building. Exceeding this number will be charged an additional value of R $50.00 per person, per day. The mattresses extras will be the responsibility of the Lessee. If there is no authorization on the part of the lessor, it can require immediate evacuation of guests. Visitors who stay on the property will also be subject to the same rules as above. 13-check-in after 14:00 and the check-out until the 10:00 hs. 14-to keep the price affordable, we don't have air conditioning, we have fans in the rooms. Cancellation of the Reservation If the guest cancels with more than 90 days before the date of the hosting, the host will return 80% of the deposited amount. If the guest cancels with less than 90 days in advance, there will be no reimbursement. The cancellation of stay on arrival and early departure for any reason will not give right to any kind of refund.

LOCATED in the CENTER of BARRA VELHA, 20 KM FROM the PARK BETO CARRERO WORLD, 5 KM FROM BANEARIO UNITED and 40 KM of JOINVILLE. NEXT TO THE LAGOON OF BARRA VELHA, JET SKY, SAILING, ROWING AND FISHING. The House is located four (4) meter from the beach.
