House is 2 km from the beach of Manguinhos and Geribá Beach 4 km (4 minutes). Energy and water notes when you arrive and when you leave you get to consume (average 15.00 per day). Cleaning fee 100.00 (home delivered clean). Energy and water is noted when you arrive and when you leave you get to consume. Small animals are accepted as long as you don't take a bath pool and don't stay on couches and beds.
