The apartment

fit all furnished with furniture and appliances, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom and two more, with a double bed, a bunk bed, plus a double bed and two single beds. dining room divided by a curtain blackout. building with elevator 02, an opening press conference in the garage. staff very polite. family building with many residents. Beach service, taking chairs (maximum 05) and parasol contact time is ... Concierge 24 hrs, so you can come in in the morning and get out the night or the match. We need to bring bedding, bath, dish towels and pillows. no internet in the apartment. There's no collateral and not contract.

House Rules

no smoking in the apartment. don't make noise after 21:00 hs, because most of the building's residents. leave everything organized before you leave. order chairs and parasol up at 9:00 in the morning in the lobby

Location in Pitangueiras, Guarujá

building close to the supermarket, banks, lottery, restaurants, pharmacy. the 02 blocks from the beach and the Mall 03 La Plage. It is two blocks from the beach, some 100 meters and 3 blocks from the Mall of Guarujá.

Superou minhas expectativas Ótima localização, em frente ao supermercado, perto do Shopping Center La Plage Guarujá, serviço de praia, apto funcional e organizado, perto da praia, negócio direto com o proprietário, com certeza voltarei novamente com minha família...
