The apartment

We are a Danish/Brazilian couple rent a beautiful apartment in a romantic colonial House in Santa Teresa, perfect for a couple, who are coming to the River on a honeymoon or just to have a romantic holiday for two! Is a two-bedroom apartment with a cosy living room, a large bedroom with a Queen-size bed, a small, but very practical, fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. There is a large beautiful garden and balcony in front of the hotel, which is also to be used and have a small weber Grill and a table and chairs for use in the garden. There is a beautiful panoramic view of the entire Center of the city and Niterói. When it is very hot outside is cool inside the apartment, since the House is in colonial style and is about 5 metres, so that the heat is not bothering.

Location in Santa Teresa, Rio De Janeiro

The apartment is located close to everything with buses going to Lapa and the city centre almost out the door. Is a 20-minute walk from the metro from Ipanema and the 25 minute walk da Lapa and the city centre. Santa Teresa is a historic district that is very Rico towards cultural with a lot of good bars and restaurants and also museums and cosy places to enjoy your vacation! The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from Largo do Guimarães, which is the Centre of Santa Teresa. Enjoy your holiday and take good care of our small and cozy House:)
