DETACHED HOUSE with 4 ROOMS apartments, swimming pool, SAUNA and BARBECUE AREA. 1 suite: ROOM with a Queen bed and 2 single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobe. 2nd BEDROOM: suite with a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, TV 32 ", ceiling fan and wardrobe. 3 BEDROOM Suite: with a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobe. 4th BEDROOM suite (attached to house): with a double bed and two single beds, air conditioning. 2 rooms being one with LCD TV of 43 "with sky. 3 pool, 5mX7, 00 m. Sauna to steam with chuveirões 3. Barbecue cooker, freezer, sound and everything needed for the barbecue. Garage for 3 cars with electronic gate. Garden with night lighting. Family and quiet street. It is 3 minutes from the beach of Geribá (next to the Hospital of Búzios). Has everything in the House (microwave, Toaster, Blender, iron clothes, tableware, etc.). Just bring pillows, bedding and bath (if you want to with bed and bath linens browse fee). Energy and water noted upon arriving and leaving pay what you consume (average of 40.00 per day). HOLIDAYS REFER TO VALUES. New year and CARNIVAL ONLY 10 DAYS PACKAGE.

House Rules

Energy and water is noted when you arrive and when you leave you get to consume so there is no waste of water. Cleaning fee 200.00 (home delivered clean).

Location in São José, Búzios

Located on the street number 16, Designed San Jose Neighborhood next to the Hospital of Búzios Rodolpho Perisse on a street familiar to 3 minutes from the beach of Geribá. Bus and van of 5 minutes in the Street 5:00 pm House.
