The house

1) Home: excellent Tuscan-style house of 129 m ² with fans in three apartments, fully furnished with barbecue and swimming pool (suite), also features: Garden, garage for two cars, balconies, living room, kitchen, pantry, TV (digital signal), WiFi, washer, permanent ventilation and a beautiful view of the sea. 2) condo: It is a gated community with only six units, fully familiar with houses inspired by European countries, because it was built by an Italian architect and is located on main street near the restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and markets. The condo offers 24-hour security, is 12 KM from Fortaleza and only 700 metres from the Beach Park and the beach of Porto das Dunas. 3) PORTO DAS DUNAS: The most beautiful and famous beach of the State of Ceará is the beach of Porto das Dunas. Is she what is situated the largest water park in Latin America, the Beach Park, in addition to our House, hostels, resorts and restaurants (national and international). The beach of Porto das Dunas is located at 12 km from Fortaleza, is home to the best and most beautiful houses in beaches of Ceará. In Porto das Dunas neighborhood bus line does not exist but there are Vans that connect every half hour the district to the city of Fortaleza (Mall Via South) and to the city of Aquiraz (Centre). The SHUTTLE VANS FROM the 6:00 UP to 20:00 HOURS (INCLUDING WEEKENDS and holidays).

The House is located in the beautiful beach of Porto das Dunas, 22 Km from Pinto Martins international airport, 16 km Shopping Iguatemi, 12 Km from Fortaleza and 10 km from the historic center of Aquiraz, the first Capital of Ceará.
