The house

1) Home: excellent Tuscan-style house of 129 m ² with fans in three apartments, fully furnished with barbecue and swimming pool (suite), also features: Garden, garage for two cars, balconies, living room, kitchen, pantry, TV (digital signal), WiFi, washer, permanent ventilation and a beautiful view of the sea. 2) condo: It is a gated community with only six units, fully familiar with houses inspired by European countries, because it was built by an Italian architect and is located on main street near the restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and markets. The condo offers 24-hour security, is 12 KM from Fortaleza and only 700 metres from the Beach Park and the beach of Porto das Dunas. 3) PORTO DAS DUNAS: The most beautiful and famous beach of the State of Ceará is the beach of Porto das Dunas. In Porto das Dunas neighborhood bus line does not exist but there are Vans that connect every half hour the district to the city of Fortaleza (Mall Via South) and to the city of Aquiraz (Centre). The SHUTTLE VANS FROM the 6:00 UP to 20:00 HOURS (INCLUDING WEEKENDS and holidays).

- A casa deverá ser entregue pelos hóspedes sem lixo nos banheiros, cozinha e áreas.
- A piscina é entregue limpa e o piscineiro deverá ter autorização dos hóspedes para entrar, se necessário e manter a limpeza e pedimos que não usem produtos no corpo ou cabelos, para manter a água sempre limpa.
