Already have 04 years we rented our House for customers and we already have more than 15 customers satisfied with our service.
The House has 3 apartments and 1 room, for a total of 4 bedrooms.
Moreover, it is a large House, because it has 3 floors (the top floor is the coverage), and balcony in every corner of the House. And best of all is that the House is in the block from the beach! You will need to walk less than 100 metres to the beach. :)

Around the House we have a barbecue area complete with lavablo, and a mini football, ready for you and your friends to enjoy.
We have Wi-fi! Rest assured, you can send photos and videos of your moments in the House for all your friends with our internet! :)
The House behaves with tranquility a total of 15 people, accommodating in comfort in the rooms. However, you can put up to 25 people in the House, using other areas of the House with mattress available (room, Hall, balcony, etc..)

Jaconé is a neighborhood of Saquarema (Rio de Janeiro), as well as Boqueirão and Itaúna. Other beaches near Jaconé are: Ponta Negra, Maricá, Niterói, Araruama, Iguaba, Iguabinha, São Pedro da Aldeia, Cabo Frio, Arraial do Cabo, Barra de São João, Rio das Ostras and Macaé.
Passamos um carnaval maravilhoso, esta casa é excelente, o local maravilhoso.

Maravilhosa
Passamos 10 dias na casa do seu Urbanildo (gente finíssima, diga-se de passagem) e as instalações são simplesmente maravilhosas. Casa grande, cheia de espaços, super bem construída e bem acabada. Quartos, banheiros, varanda, tudo excelente. Levei minha bebê de 1 ano e meio e o local foi excelente para nos receber. A casa ainda fica pertinho da praia, que é super tranquila, ou seja, tudo super prático e acessível.

Já tinha gostado da casa pelas fotos, mas chegando lá tive minha expectativas superadas. Casa muito bem construída e cuidada. O proprietário também foi muito legal com a gente nos ajudando em algumas situações. A praia além de linda é muito vazia, então quem está procurando tranquilidade ali é o lugar. Agora se quiserem um pouco de agitação é só pegar o carro e ir para Saquarema ou Itaúna que são praias próximas e com mais gente. Só tenho o que elogiar a casa e a cidade.

Uma bela Casa, com ótimo preço
Fiquei 10 dias nessa casa. a casa é muito boa , a churrasqueira é ótima e o seu urbanildo é gente fina, inclusive ajudou a gente a encontrar um mecânico, já que um dos carros estragou.
a vista do 3º andar é linda, é um ótimo local para tomar uma cerveja e conversar durante a noite.
Como na cidade ainda não tem rede de agua, é necessário contratar caminhão pipa. eles são bem comuns e as casas de material de construção da cidade fornecem esse serviço.
Se o que vc procura é uma praia tranquila e uma bela casa próximo da cidade. essa é uma forte candidata
