My father-in-law and my mother-in-law, who live at the bottom of the building, are responsible for the delivery of the keys, input/output monitoring and receipt of rent. The property does not have access to independent entry to the House at the back, the only access is by the common area of the balcony. However, throughout the period in which the property is leased for the season, the couple will be restricted to property not circulating funds for the common area of the pool or the home, providing total privacy. The House offers bed linen tablecloths and bath. The controls will be delivered and returned along with the keys. Responsible for the property my father-in-law and my mother-in-law, you will keep a copy of the keys to the House, which live in the back. LUGAR TRANQUILO E BEM LOCALIZADO Estadia muito boa e tranquila. O local é bem localizado. A única questão foi que não deu para estacionar 3 carros, somente dois, pois já havia o carro dos moradores da casa do fundo, que são pessoas bem tranquilas. E o ventilador da sala estava sujo de poeira, aconselho só fazer uma limpeza nele para os próximos hóspedes. Mas de resto tudo muito bom.

hospedagem Huma semana todinha com a família, a casa é aconchegante e o pessoal são nota 11 muito sinpaticos, próximo a casa tem tudo o que precisa, Panificadora, açougue, e mercado além do bairro ser muito tranquilo é perto do centro,. Vale a pena conferir nós já estamos marcando para próximo ano
