The apartment

Apartment with all air conditioned environments, located in Solar Pond Condo of the birds in front of the Timeantube Lagoon, next to the Shopping Warehouse project and humpback whale. The condominium is closed and has a large garden with benches to rest, swimming pool, bar, ice machine, 12:00 am security, intercom (apt/Concierge), surveillance cameras, fax service and housekeeping (weekly storage). The apt account two slots in the covered garage. Guests must take your bed and bath linen for dealing with personal belongings. I inform you that beside the apt there is a laundry room. The property is located in a quiet street, 50 metres from the village of Praia do Forte, where are located a number of restaurants (regional and international cuisine), multi-brand shops, markets. The sea is within 300 m of the property where you will find beaches with natural pools of various depths, beaches for a quiet bath or even for surfing. Praia do Forte is also on the route of the adventure sports with trails, ATV rides and Zipline in the reserve of Sapiranga. Another lovely walk is to visit the ruins of the feudal Castle Garcia D'AVILA Castle where you can visit a Museum and cultural center.

The sea is within 300 m of the property where you will find beaches with natural pools of various depths, beaches for a quiet bath or even for surfing. Praia do Forte is also on the route of the adventure sports with trails, ATV rides and Zipline in the reserve of Sapiranga. Another lovely walk is to visit the ruins of the feudal Castle Garcia D'AVILA Castle where you can visit a Museum and cultural center.

Excepcional Eu e minha família adoramos a casa e a estrutura do condomínio. Tudo muito tranquilo e dá pra descansar bastante. Marluce me atendeu super bem desde o início e isso faz a maior diferença. Excelente opção Apartamento limpo e amplo, muito agradável. O condomínio é muito agradável. Excelente localização, perto da vila, de mercado, bem como de restaurantes, lojas.
