The apartment

apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms. Accommodates 4-6 people. The condo has covered parking and kiosk with barbecue in the yard. The cozy rooms and very well ventilated; kitchen with stove, refrigerator, Blender, microwave and other utensils. Full bathroom with box shower and hygienic. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. The apartments for 4 people have 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and a sofa-bed in the living room; the apartments for 5 people have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 mezzanine with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room; the apartments for 6 people have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one in suite) and a sofa bed in the living room. All apartments have balcony with barbecue and overlooking the sea. Comments: Check-in from 15:00. Check-out until 10 pm. 1 car garage for each flat. We don't have clothes of bed and bath. There's wi-fi on the property. Not charge a security deposit. In the case of taking animal has to consult. The cleaning fee is R $80.00 The tariff depends on many variables and I'd rather not put.

Observations

Location in Canto Grande, Bombinhas

The condominium is located at 30 meters from the beach of Mariscal, has parking lot roof, kiosk with barbecue in the backyard and all apartments have a balcony with churrasqueirs and overlooking the sea.

MARAVILLOSO!!! Ernesto, quiero agradecerles la atención y la predisposición de todos uds.en el condominio. Superó nuestras expectativas! Ubicación excelente al igual que el departamento. Estadia válida pela praia O imóvel foi alugado para 4 pessoas e não tinha utensílios (xícaras, pratos, talheres, etc) para este nº de pessoas. O ventilador da sala é muito fraco, o imóvel não foi limpo para nos receber, não possui tanque para lavar roupas e nem espaço para secar as mesmas, não tem regras de horário de silêncio, não possui espelho, guarda roupas, colchões de péssima qualidade ( as camas de "casal" são 2 camas de solteiro com colchões de solteiro.

sugestão para melhorar ainda mais Fiquei no último apartamento (6), e lá a vista para o mar está ficando comprometida, pois as palmeiras e os sombreiros estão encobrindo parte da visão...O ideal, na minha opinião, seria podar as as plantas, assim, o lugar ficaria mais bonito.
