1-Distance from the Center: 1000 meters. 2-the 13:00 and the 12:00 output. 3-parking: one parking space per apartment; needing more condo makes lease. 4-the customer has to carry bedding and bath; If you do not want to take the condo do. 5-we have apartments with one double bed and other singles and the other with a double bed in each room, and all apartments have a sofa bed in the living room (the apartments are 2 rooms being a suite). 6-50% deposit at time of booking and the remaining until five days before the beginning of the stay. 7-it is not allowed even small animals. 8-rates for high season only have the value missing 60 days to the beginning. In the case of July: from Sunday noon to Friday noon R $240.00 per day and 13 hours Friday until Sunday the 12 hours R$280,00. 9-Allowed up to seven people (regardless of age) per apartment.

me diverti bastante!!! local agradável e limpo, tudo dentro do apto funciona perfeitamente exp: geladeira, ar condicionado e ventiladores,forno e bocas do fogão,liquidificador,chuveiros , tv nova sem muitas opções de canais,porém funciona bem, anfitrião Sr.Hugo, muito simpático, sempre pronto a ajudar ,eu e minha família aprovamos tudo, e esperamos voltar em breve ...   Reply from Hugo Boa noite.
