The house

Comfortable and tastefully decorated, with 2 floors in the tourist complex Recently Imbassaí. Has 4 suites with air conditioning (split model), social bathroom, large living room with right foot of aprox. 7 Mt., dining table for 8 people and equipped kitchen. Pool and garden with deckchairs, barbecue with dining table in the external area, social bathroom. . The House is located at approx. 800 metres of private access to the beautiful beach of Imbassaí. The condo offers security 24 hours, social club with pool and leisure area with Tv and wireless internet, bar service and coffee shop on the weekends and holidays, soccer field, volleyball court, tennis and paddle courts and a fitness center. The tourist complex Recently Imbassaí is a high standard comprising residential condominiums and a luxury hotel complex.

Observations

Location in Imbassaí

Is located next to the village Imbassaí, where you can find charming restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, etc. It is 10 Km from the well-known village of Praia do Forte and other beaches like Costa do Sauípe, Itacimirim, Guarajuba, Itariri, Massarandupió. Imbassaí has the privilege of having a practically Virgin Beach, with hundreds of Palm trees, blue sea and the mouth of the rio Imbassaí providing a unique landscape.

Recomendo Pros: piscina boa, casa espaçosa, ar condicionado OK, condomínio excelente, praia sensacional, churrasqueira boa, meio ambiente e natureza, lençol/toalha OK, casa confortável no geral. Contras: bomba de água barulhenta, mal colocada (deveria ser no térrero) e não funcionou (chuveiros com pouca água), limpeza de entrada muito ruim, pratos/copos/talheres em pouca quantidade, geladeiras da casa e da área externa não funciovam bem (só o freezer), proprietário da casa ao lado extremamente barulhento (melhorou após reclamação). Apesar de alguns incovenientes, a administradora do imóvel foi gentil, nos isentou da cobrança de contas de consumo, e não se esquivou do problema. Em geral vale a pena sim, o imóvel é de boa qualidade (não é de luxo) e está competitivo na categoria dele.
