The Hotel

Build it at a time when there was no electric light (1958) and the only means of transportation were: the train, known as "Monkey"-wooden, pulled by the locomotive "Maria Fumaça" and that was in just two hours-and a precarious bus line that was going a bit beyond Mangaratib the, by a dirt road hit sometimes impassable by rain, it was a great adventure. If the challenge was great, the commitment was much higher: bridge construction, purchase and transport of material, monitoring the work, savings and control primarily the concern that everything was well done, safe and comfortable, despite the simplicity, main feature the couple owner, employees. Still unfinished for some time, the property already became the best leisure centre for the family and friends staying for long and nostalgic years where any chance was a house filled with much joy. And the fourth generation of that couple of entrepreneurs (Hilda Fleischhauer Manning coast and Waldo Meirelles Costa) has this legacy today by necessary reasons your preservation became the Pousada Recanto, simple, warm and comfortable continuing -are our roots-allowing you to experiment with your family and friends moments of leisure, relaxation and rest, and that makes us to this day very happy. Comments: -check-in and check-out as13h the 12:00. -around eight parking spaces. -provide bed and bath linen. We have normal couple, single, bunk bed, double bed and two single beds together we use that are larger than normal couple. -Deposit: will depend on the contract. -Pets: situation to be evaluated.

Location in Praia Grande, Mangaratiba

Leisure options: football or volleyball, Board Games (cards, Queen, chess, ...); ; TV lounge (Sky); good titles for reading lovers and several networks for those who prefer not to do anything, just enjoy the scenery and enjoy the nature. We also have excellent shower for warmer weather or for the arrival of the beach, which is only 5 minutes walking. The beach, regarded as the best in the region, the quiet bath invites us, smoothly for any age. Our small, quiet city, favors hiking and our region known as green paradise will not allow the guest stay a moment with nothing to do, offering a multitude of excursions, not only for the historical-geographical knowledge but also for beauty the eco be contemplated seizing waterfall baths, sea, pool and other distractions besides schooner trips, fishing and hiking in the Woods.
