Information for your arrival: Is aware that on the day of your arrival you will have to leave a deposit check with the owner's representative that will receive and sign the contract. Will be sent earlier to the tenant read the rules. The tenant will have to provide their personal data as Rg, CPf, proof of residence (Original) and phone so that this information appear in the contract. The owner will also provide your details in the contract and the data of the representative that will receive them. The deposit check will be refunded after returning the House and approved survey. In case non-compliance will not happen the key or permit for entry into the House. Observe the times of entry and exit of the building. Is not allowed more than 10 people in the building. Stay tuned to the litter left on the property because it generates contractual fine. Can't loud sound after the 22:00 WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN OR TOWELS The trash should be placed on the sidewalk on the left side of the gate. Toilet paper should be placed in the trash and NEVER inside the toilet. It is not necessary to take and or remove their shoes before entering the House.
