The House is simple, quiet, spacious and alive! The room is on the lower level, where are the living room and the kitchen, and accommodates up to 2 people; the bathroom is private. A minibar and a coffee (espresso) help the comfort of staying in our House. We love our guests stay comfortable and know that they can count on us at any time, including with tips to help them explore SP just like who lives here knows. We have no way to accommodate cars but a friend, who owns a parking lot very close, helps us offering their services and giving us access to the parking lot at any time. We are also close to Levain bakery, school of the CAE and numerous schools and businesses.
