The apartment
Is a 60 square metre apartment (large living room with balcony, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/pantry, laundry area), fully equipped (microwave, washing machine, air conditioning and fan), flat TV with digital antenna, in a small gated community, quiet, where you feel at home. Are 23 apartments in the building, and residential condominium and quiet for your vacation, tour, and relieve the stress of the urban centres.

Ao final do período de locação de temporada, será realizado nova vistoria de saída e qualquer dano, quebra ou falta de qualquer item do apartamento, deverá ser pago pelo locatário no ato da saída (Check-out).
House Rules

The use of the pool is restricted to the period of 8:00 in the morning, until the 20:00 of the night, and the time of silence in the building is from the 22 hours. In the apartments, are forbidden to produce noises of drills, hammers and works that bother the neighbors on weekends and holidays, being allowed only from Monday to Friday only till 6 pm.
Minimum period of daily 03 to season! For weekends, booking option Friday-Saturday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday-Monday.
Monday through Thursday Lol 135.00 (per day) for up to 4 people.
From Friday to Sunday Rs 150 (per day) for up to 4 people.
Long holidays, weekend fee Rs 150 (daily) every day, even if there are business day hanged.

The apartment is located in a residential building, since most are permanent residents, this apartment is rented for the season.
