só faltou Ar condicionado para ganhar ótima ,pois estava muito quente , se voltar na mesma época alugaria uma com ar!!! (!caseiro muito atencioso nota 10)

Agradeço pelas considerações e com relação ao ar condicionado realmente estamos numa época muito mais quente que o normal. Para vc ter uma ideia antes não havia necessidade pois sempre ficava fresco para dormir.
De qualquer forma, estou me planejando para colocar ar condicionado, entretanto, os valores das diárias sofrerão um acréscimo considerável já que o valor da energia elétrica está muito alta.
Espero que a casa tenha permitido que seu descanso lhe trouxesse harmonia e tranquilidade dentro do que procurava.
Estou a disposição sempre que quiserem voltar.
