The house

House w/pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 BATHROOM, living room and huge balcony, garage w/4 cars, New House with pool, all very Luxurious and clean, well-ventilated room wide with his right foot from 9 metres to peace comfort nature, 4 bedrooms being 1 suite, well located (close to the beach just 140 metres from the sea, the House is on rua da praia) , well equipped and with total privacy. The House accommodates up to 14 people, 12 from room c/3 environments; be w/cd player, dining and TV satellite. House with 230 m2 within a batch of 520 m2 being only 80 m2 of balcony in total harmony with nature with barbecue, pizza oven, fridge freezer, all integrated external kitchen and dining room, generating a total integration environment, garage for 4 cars. Garden with swimming pool, shower and very modern landscaping with visitation area of exotic birds and native in the garden orchard and fruit trees, a beach area to fire in the moonlit night.

We do not rent for parties only for our summer's policy not to accept dog (open except on very clear rules). After the 22:00 hours must be respected the rule of the condo that is moderate and low noise sound.

We're inside the condo Itamambuca where we have supermarket, several restaurants, bakery, and we are within a radius of 5 km with 5 beautiful beaches and exotic options besides waterfall inside and outside the condominium. Itamambuca beach is featured for several years as a Summer Beach Paulista due your public selective and natural beauty and preserved generating the lowest possible impact to the environment, where the beach has the pleasure of those who enjoy sea and River all at the same time because on both sides of the Beach the river meets sea, perfect for the kids and parents comfort.

Casa muito aconchegante, perfeita para curtir mar,que é bem próximo, natureza e para descansar também é perfeita. Muita limpa,tudo como o combinado. Caseiro Valdi ei excelente, muito simpático e atencioso. Esperamos voltar mais vezes.
