* Basic rules of pool usage times and sound usually applied in most condos. * Do not rent to groups or gatherings (home environment) * Entry into the property "" "preferably" because of logistics for cleaning most of the dates will be between 6 pm to 8 pm if the House is leased until the day before it is necessary to time the other day to clean up. (other situations that are viable may be from the hs 7:30 but will be charged the day) * Use of utensils and other should be the way you found it, refers to cleaning house and no dishes or pans.

Ótima estadia A casa estava limpa, tem todos os utensílios necessários...somente o chuveiro que precisa ser trocado, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nosso passeio...foi um final de semana excelente....e o Wagner foi extremamente atencioso, indicou pra nós um frango assado maravilhoso
