BASIC RULES OF A GOOD,

Location in Forte Orange, Ilha De Itamaracá

The island of Itamaracá already gave its name to one of the hereditary captaincies of Brazil and was the site of colonial disputes in the 17 century. When the Dutch invaders built the Fort Orange, but were expelled by the Portuguese. Today, Itamaracá houses the Ecoparque Manatee & Cla, an important protection to the marine animal park and a tourist and economic recovery process (the three prison units installed on the island are being disabled). HOW TO GET THERE Leave from Recife PE-015 and proceed to the entrance to the BR-101 until Igarassu. There, take the PE-035 to Itamaracá. AS CIRCULAR The 8 km from the Centre, accessible by road with simple track, Fort Orange Beach is home to the main attractions of the island. In addition to the beach itself, there is the Fort Orange (main attraction), the Manatee Ecoparque & CLA and the Islet of Crown Plane (boat access).
