The house

Next to the largest water park in Latin America the beach park and House well wide with 4 bedrooms, two suites with air cordicionado. All rooms with double bed, plus a huge salon on top (with more 3 beds) at the bottom is a dining room that has a table with 8 places, a living room with couch, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen (fridge , stove and utensils, such as pots, cups and etc). Outside is a garage that give 3 cars, barbecue which is poolside and coffee table in the backyard to take outdoor café. The House has wi-fi Internet and tv, plus the advantage of well located. It is 30 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the biggest and best malls in fortaleza. Besides it is opposite the luxury outlet of Carmen sterffens. Perfect home for everyone because it is great for those who love to be surrounded by friends or for those people who love traquilidade with privacy. As we care about the future of the world and the environment, we have a complete system of solar energy to enjoy the wonderful Sun that God gave us.
