The cottage

Charming cottage situated in a park of 18,000 ms2, surrounded by century-old trees and a plantation with over 600 feet of lychee. Super cozy farm house, with terraces that surround the House. 14 X 7.5 m pool, 2 bathrooms pool, barbecue and bar counter that meet various people. House seat with 5 rooms, with 1 suite, 2 further bathrooms, which accommodates 15 people, ample rooms, kitchen with wood stove 50 ms2 and industrial stove, countertops and sinks separated for crockery, pans and vegetables. Fireplace for the cold days. Guest House with 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths accommodating 10 more people. Place of relaxation and fun. Exuberant nature.

Location in Água Santa, Piracicaba

Located at 12 km from the Mall, in the midst of nature, Orchard of fruit trees, avocado trees, jaboticaba trees, mango trees, acerola and plantation with over 600 feet of lychee. In Piracicaba is located at School of agriculture Luiz de Queiroz, one of the most renowned of South America, in addition to other points of interest like the jump of the Piracicaba river, the Central Device, location where several exhibitions happen revitalized where happen several exhibitions and events, among them the famous Salon of Humor.

Uma delicia de lugar! O lugar é fantástico, ideal para quem quer fugir da rotina. Tudo muito rústico e aconchegante. A casa é grande e atende perfeitamente todas as necessidades. Possui uma varanda maravilhosa com uma belíssima paisagem. A Dona é uma simpatia, muita simpática e solícita. Também contratamos o serviços da Cris que é caseira do local, foi incrível, muito ágil, eficaz e discreta, além de deixar tudo do jeitinho que a gente quer. PARAÍSO CAIPIRA Tudo é maravilhoso! Parece um cenário, o bom gosto na decoração e arquitetura é excepcional, o lugar é lindo com nascente, capela, plantações de laranja e lichia. Casa no campo estilo colonial com estrutura estrutura para eventos. Um espetáculo! Além disso tudo, a Cris é uma querida e os agradecimentos especiais são para os caseiros mais fofos e dedicados!
