The lessee should bring clothes of bed and bath; If there are stocking above the specified (8 people), will be charged a daily fee of R $100.00 (one hundred reais) for each person.

Prime location, near Brazil's Bank, supermarket and bakery, less than 100 metres from the Black sand beach. Building is located opposite the Hotur Hotel (formerly Hotel Hostess).
