The apartment
It's not a hotel room, where you're limited to that space, but a spacious apartment where you can spend the day of open doors, inside of a gated community with electronic gate, all to your disposal.

Is a 62-square-meter apartment (living room with balcony, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/pantry, laundry area), fully equipped (microwave, washing machine, air conditioning and fan), flat TV with digital antenna, in a small gated community, quiet, where you feel at home, because they are only eight apartments in the building.
It's not a village, since most are residents permanent residents, only three apartments are rented for the season. That makes all the difference in terms of a private family space for fewer people. And the fact that all apartments are one bedroom, the number of people circulating inside the condo is reduced, bringing more tranquility and availability of the external area to all.
The apartment is furnished, has all the infrastructure of copa/kitchen (dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans etc.), as well as bed linen and towels. The tenant arrives with their purchases, and makes the apartment your temporary residence permit.
Inside the condo, on the back of the building, has a kiosk with masonry barbecue, tables and chairs, complete this space external health across the pool. The use of the pool is restricted to the period of 8:00 in the morning, until the 8:00 of the night, and the time of silence in the building is from the 22 hours.

The apartment is near the beach, close to the sea, and the neighborhood of Flamengo is the nearest airport. For the historic centre of the city, has several buses that go from Flamengo to these famous tourist spots, you're not depending on private car.
Although within the city of Salvador, the neighborhood of Flamengo can still afford to preserve as a summer resort. The apartment is practically in front of the beach, as in front has only a coconut Mall (see photos), the only route between the building and the waterfront, less than four minutes. You can leave the apartment in a bathing suit.
Around our apartment, on the street in front of the sea, there are several restaurants, including the restaurant Pipa, high quality. To those places you can go on foot, leaving the apartment where you will stay walking. Near here also has the option to walk, guided by tour guides along a trail in the ecological park of the dunes-UNIDUNAS, knowing your rich diversity.
The distance to the airport so much as for the estrada do Coco (green line), is 12 to 15 minutes at most area without traffic. For the Coconut Road, which provides access to the Praia do Forte, Projeto Tamar etc, beaches of Flamengo already is kind of way, because it is very close to the airport, where it has bus access to these areas.
The apartment is in the area of neighborhood, safe location. Nearby: shopping centre exists, network supermarket Hiper Ideal, many restaurants, banks etc, and some of these places you can go on foot.
For those who prefer, has bus line that passes at the door of the building, and the end of most urban bus line is the 200 meters, where he also has a police station. Some of these buses run along the entire waterfront, making the end of the line in the historic center of Salvador, making the visit to the most famous tourist spots such as: Castro Alves Square, Praça da Sé, Pelourinho, in addition of the Lacerda Elevator, which gives access to the lower town, where the Mercado Modelo etc. It's the kind of tourist trip that you do not need to depend on car.
The Flamengo Beach which is just a few metres, it is the "point" of the moment. Excelentes vacaciones
Pasamos unos dias muy agradables en Playa Flamengo, la propietaria proporciono todas las informaciones que requeríamos, se mantuvo en comunicación con nosotros , el departamento muy limpio, los demas huespedes muy respetuosos. Solo falto mantenimiento al aire acondicionado split de la habitacion que perdia mucha agua, es un lugar para disfrutar de la playa exclusivamente, el horario para las actividades es hasta aprox. las 20:00 hs. en la zona; luego todo queda en silencio. No obstante utilizamos el servicio de UBER, para ir a otros lugares y conocer sitios muy bellos como Pelurinho, Farol da barra, Elevador da Cerda, praia da barra, bahia de todos lo santos, praia do Forte y el sitio de visitas del Proyecto TAMAR. Volvimos con hermosos recuerdos de salvador Bahia.
