The House contains 01 (a) Fourth, 02 (two) rooms, 01 (a) kitchen, 01 (a) internal bathroom and 01 (a) outhouse. The House has in your surroundings a wide and comfortable Terrace/balcony. We have 01 (a) barbecue, 03 (three) gates of access to the interior of the land/home. A large internal area with various fruit trees (mango trees, coconut trees, and several native fruit trees like: mangabeira, araçá etc. Water well.
