Duplex chalet at the condo Sea and Dune, with facing East, with total safety, doorman/caretaker, electric fence, electronic gate. The cabin is two floors on the ground floor has a living room with LCD TV with Sky cable tv, dining room, kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, Blender, juicer, Blender, coffee maker, electric bread grills, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery , pans and other kitchen utensils; area 01 social service and bathroom. On the top floor has one bedroom apartments, 02 marriage box and the other with bicamas box 02 both suites have quarterback to tie network, closets and air conditioning. It also has an amazing balcony double room with low fan speed inetnsa, views of Praia do Atalaia and shipowner. 01 vehicle garage. Extremely ventilated 24 hours!!! The condominium area has barbecue, swimming pool, pool table and games of tables and chairs from tramontina. Perfect for you to enjoy a holiday or weekend with the family, free of traffic jams, accidents, DUI, Mess or Stress. A perfect place for you to relax enjoying the breeze of the Atlantic and the beach!
