New House newly built, 200 mts from the sea, with 4 bedrooms being 1 suite, a social bathroom, bunks and mattresses new American type kitchen, fridge and frost free duplex refrigerator for drinks, 4 stove burners again, all new kitchen appliances, 2 room environments , 32 Led TV ¨ mezzanine with balcony, garage for 4 cars, entry for van large yard with barbecue and garden. with all the high walls with security fence and gate. rent for season and weekend, only family, accept small animals easy access to wheelchair. We also have apartment near the beach with 2 bedrooms for 8 persons. And ANOTHER 3 DORM HOUSE. And 3 VGS. BESIDE THIS, for UP to 12 PEOPLE. Adequacy and accessibility: allows parties and events allowed children pets allowed small businesses.

LOCATED in ANCHIETA, new neighborhood where GARDEN were constructed of medium and high standard buildings, paved Streets, night light by Elektro, water treated by Sabesp, treated sewage by environmental, near the House has Rotíseria, supermarket, restaurants, Bakery and Dewey Gas station also a mini shopping around. By the sea, has several Kiosks that offer Beach Chair and umbrella, tasty portions of breaded fish, shrimp and various delicacies. We recommend Peak kiosk Loco and sea horse.
