Duplex penthouse with pool in Rio de Janeiro, Copacabana, located in Rua Rodolfo Dantas, no. 40 apt. 1202 This superb duplex penthouse is located on 12th floor, is very luminous, spacious (approx. 3.000 sq. Ft.), fully furnished in a minimalist modern style and very well detailed, with terrace and pool with whirlpool. It is located next to the famous Copacabana Palace Hotel, the historic 5 star Hotel most centrally located in famous Copacabana right on the Ocean in the heart of Rio de Janeiro next to all most turistic spots. Metro and public transportation to all destinations including the International Airport are just few feet away. The taxi station is located just across from the entrance door to the apartment. The private garage (not included in the price) is located just behind the Building. SECOND FLOOR: -Large wood deck with Whirlpool pool, furnished with 4 chairs, 2 stretchers, 2 puffs, 1 dining table .1 low table. -1 Suite with wooden ceiling beams, air conditioning, king size bed plus one separate single bed. extractable. Bathroom in pink marble with shower. -1 Suite decorated in arabic style very colorful, with Queen size bed. Bathroom in pink marble with bathtub and shower. WC and bidet. Mirrored closets and air conditioning. The appartment is supplied with linens and bathroom white towels for a total of 10 guests, as many as the available bed places.
