Colonial style house with wood finishes, in great location in the city of Paraty, in a condo-style open neighborhood. We're looking for 1 car garage, but in front of the Municipal Guard, 20 meters, the House has vacancies to park the cars of residents of the street. The House has 2 bedrooms (1 suite), 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, Garage, and laundry Sotton. The House is all furnished. In the room below we have 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Home of easy access to downtown, beaches and waterfalls. Is 1.8 km from the historic centre, 250 m from fireman, 300 mts of the Supermarket and the gas station and in the street of the Municipal Guard, that is, next to the main trades and in total safety. Great place for those who want to really enjoy the city, with a lot of practicality and comfort.
