The house

Only 2 people. Spacious environments. Room (suite 20 m ²) with double bed and 2 closets. Bathroom. Great room (40 m ²) with table p/6 people and 2 large and comfortable sofas. Kitchen and laundry. Bed linen, blankets, towels, dishes and pots. The furniture should be in the position we are. We do not allow changes.

This is a residential local and familiar.

Location in Tristeza, Porto Alegre

Noble neighborhood on the South side of Porto Alegre highly valued and sought after. Tranquillity and privacy in quiet street with a few great homes. Vila Conceição/Sadness. High location surrounded by trees and with a magnificent sunset. Panoramic view of Rio Guaíba. The "noise" here is the singing of the birds. Close to several banks, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and all kinds of trade. Neighborhood with many yacht clubs. Street monitored by security staff.
