The house

Brand new House, we build in an area of 2000 m2 with 4 houses. A very nice garden. Private parking with remote control. Home totally. Are 1 double bed and 1 twin-bed. In 1 room double futton. We have clothes of bed and bath available for our customers. The House is within a condominium of 4 houses. NOTE: the washing machine is ABS It is desirable to U $250.00 security deposit in cash which will be returned after inspection by up to 48 hours through the client's deposit account . OUR DIFFERENCE IS THE PRICE. WE CHARGE PER DAY THE SAME VALUE AS A SHARED ROOM. HERE IS AN ENTIRE HOUSE WITH PLENTY OF PRIVACY AND A WONDERFUL GARDEN WITH MANY TREES AND PRIVATE PARKING.

House Rules

Drinking is not allowed, algazarras, loud music, in order to disturb the neighbors. It's a great place to rest and to spend with the family. It is also not allowed the entry of cars of people who are not staying, even though family. Control of the gate must be returned in the output, if it is not delivered will be charged the $120.00 value. Check in-15:00 hs Check out-12:00 hs

Peaceful surroundings, only pásssaros noise and barking of dogs in the region. At the end of a small street across the beach. Rotisserie and grocery store 200 m, gas station 800 meters, supermarket 1 km away. It is 250 metres Avenue with vans buses and taxis available. Near the sea-300 metres.
