The Studio

Cozy, fully decorated and furnished, fan, flat screen tv, sofa bed, double bed and mattresses, kitchen, washing machine. All the furniture, appliances and kitchenware in perfect condition. Just season, up 5 days, monthly and Carnival. Condo has a doorman, elevator and garage 12:00 am. If you need the garage to request in advance. This daily value above 10 days is for a couple. High season I would say value has increased. Ask for budget.

House Rules

Deposit of R $300.00 and R $70.00 cleaner only rate, will be paid on delivery of the keys. The reservation is made, 50% upon contract, deposit banking and the remainder on delivery of the keys. If you have interest in wi fi, request, the value will be charged monthly advance 60.00. 1 to 15 days 40.00. Gentlemen, we ask parents to a maximum of care. If there are children, we will do a survey, if there is pee in mattresses, beds, walls, dirty and scratched. We will charge an extra fee.
