Problemas de saneamento

Instalações- boas Ar condicionado- supriu bem Localização- excelente Porém o hotel tem um problema de saneamento que julgo ser bastante grave. Em diversos momentos o apartamento foi tomado por um cheiro de esgoto insuportável, causando grande incômodo a minha família. Certo dia tive que abandonar o quarto, pois não tínhamos condições de suportar o mal cheiro. Diversas baratas apareceram no apartamento também durante minha estada. Se não fosse esse sério problema, o lugar ganharia 5 estrelas.

Os comentarios do hospede procedem, de certa forma. O apart hotel Pipa's Bay está realmente com um problema serio em sua estrutura de esgotos. Tanto que estará iniciando obras nesse sentido, a partir de março. O mau cheiro é em todo o hotel. Não é exclusivo no meu flat. E o problema das baratas no flat, com certeza, é resultado deste problema na rede de esgotos. As baratas sobem aos flats, mesmo com dedetização constante.

Raphael, bom dia. Fico super feliz que tenha gostado. Mas, infelizmente, voce me procurou muito em cima da hora. O meu flat já foi alugado para o carnaval desde dezembro. Minha agente lá em Pipa administra mais 6 flats no mesmo prédio, mas todos também já estão alugados. Que tal a semana santa?
