The apartment
The Flat has recently been inaugurated in April 2014 and is located on the third floor with an area of 34 m2 and has partial view to the sea.
The Flat has been furnished with great taste and sophistication and can hold up to 5 people.
Being composed of 1 (one) room with a Queen Size double bed/Box and a single mattress with bedding and bath, closet, air conditioning with Split Samsung and panoramic window.
The bathroom has shower, luxury shower box stainless, granite sink with mirror, having also a planned Cabinet.
The kitchen has also planned cabinets, Brastemp Microwave 30 L, stainless steel Fridge/Refrigerator Stainless duplex frostfree Consul 263 L, Machine Wash/dry White 8.5 Kg LG Cooktop 4 burners Cooker, Blender, coffee maker, stainless steel sandwich maker/grill, stainless steel Stainless Steel Cookware set? 5 pieces, stainless and plastic jars, stainless steel Flatware set, tea set and Porcelain dinner and two wooden stools.
The room is composed by a sofa bed Swed beige, a Rack, table with two chairs retro style, 40 inch Sony Bravia LCD Tv.
The balcony has a Chair in rattan, and lighting network composed of LED lamps for Chromotherapy and doors.
The floor of the apartment is all covered in polished porcelain tiles 80 x 80.
And the brushed stainless steel faucets imported. The building has gas Central, 2 elevators, hot water by solar water heater, BBQ, Wireless Internet, cable TV, garage for one car and Rotary Electronic Gate. Condo Fully Familiar.
Everything was chosen in order to provide excellence looking guests the maximum comfort and well-being.
