The condo offers homemade, wide green area, mountain view, swimming pool and barbecue. The home features bedrooms, 02 01 suite with King size bed, ceiling fan, closet and balcony overlooking the garden; the other dormitory 04 single beds, ceiling fan and closet. Has living room with TV, DVD, ceiling fan and balcony overlooking the garden. Social bathroom with shower. Dining room. Fitted kitchen with appliances and basic utensils. Service area. Great location! This is 500 metres from the beach of Itaguaçu, 1.5 km from the entrance/exit of the ferries to the island access, 3.5 km from the historical town and 10 km from Praia do Curral. You can find nearby: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and other businesses and facilities.

1) Respect the rest hours, between the period of the 10 pm until 10 am. 2) we do not accept animals. 3) input (check in) from the up and out (check out) until 11 a. m. 4) stay is charged according to the number of nights reserved. 5) prompted deposit check in the amount of R $800.00 upon arrival at the property. 6) BOOKING POLICY is charged 50% of the total amount at the time of booking and the other 50%, plus the cleaning fee of R $80.00 (at time of booking), up to 05 working days before arrival. 7) CANCELLATION POLICY: cancellations made up to 15 calendar days prior to arrival or check in, will be refunded the full amount already deposited/paid. Cancellations made with less than 15 calendar days of the date of arrival or check in there will be no refund of the full amount already deposited/paid.
