The condo is located in a mountain where the guest can enjoy the sunset or the view of the city of Gravatá. The city centre is just 5 km from the apartment complex where the guest can have access through paved trail to supermarket, banks, pharmacies etc. The city of Gravatá is 84 KM from the city of Recife with access by highways guest for coming to duplicate reef in just 45 minutes. Gravatá 's climate is considered tropical of altitude with an annual average of 21° C, with the average 23° C in the summer and in the winter can reach 15° C. Agradável Necessário algumas manutenções, mas instalações do imóvel, anfitrião bem atencioso, quanto ao Condomínio muito agradável com funcionários extremamente atenciosos!
