The apartment

Apartment 120 metres from praia dos Ingleses in Florianopolis, just 2 min walk from the beach and 300 metres from the Oceania Park Hotel. The apartment is in a residential building with lift, with 2 bedrooms, 1 suite with air conditioning, a double bed with box Spring mattress single bagged and a mini closet; While the other room is equipped with air conditioning and has a double bed or two single beds (depending on the convenience of the guest), plus ceiling fan and wardrobe, living room and kitchen combined with ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen containing duplex refrigerator (with freezer), electric oven, microwave, electric oven, laundry area with washing machine, balcony with barbecue and a covered garage and with electronic gate access with remote control. Bed linen and kitchen towels, bath, face and floor available. Cable tv. Internet Wi-fi. MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS.

Location in Ingleses, Florianópolis

The fit is in the area of Rua das Gaivotas, most noble area of the beach and with good strip of sand. There is a mini market, bakery, and bus stops for 100 metres and Executive. The property is located there is only 2 minutes walk from the beach and there are only 10 minutes walk from the "English village", where there are restaurants, bars and shops.
