The house

It is leased for new year's Eve. Condominio costa smeralda (in enduring the condominio Paraíso)-surveillance 24 hours. House high standard, excellent landscaping, 9 years of construction, varandao, All furnished, don't have bedding, 5 rooms, all with air conditioning and fans, thus distributed: 1 Suite-one double bed and Matress with balcony + tv; Suite 2-three single beds with balcony + tv and dvd; 3 suite-one double bed and one single; 4 room-1 double bed and a sofa bed; Room 5 (minor)-a single bed. It has 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom, 5 bathrooms in total; Full equipped kitchen, stove, refrigerator 5 frost free freezer, microwave, coffee shop, toaster oven, Blender, juicer, etc; Dining room with 8 chairs; Living room with sofa and armchairs, tv, portable sound; Area of cleaning washing machine clothes and Tucker-inner clothes External area, with excellent landscaping, all equipped with barbecue, refrigerator, swimming pool with waterfall, Pergola, pool furniture, shower and toilet. The House is 100 MTS away from the sea, has an artesian well and reserve water tank. The beach access is restricted to condominium. Daily gardener/pool guy do the maintenance of the House. Not have bed linen.

Falta manutenção Casa com agradável paisagismo, boa construção, bem dividida. Falta manutenção nos eletrodomésticos e equipamentos de copa cozinha.
