Located 60 m from the beach of Porpoises, Ubatuba. Gated community with Club structure: (2) Pools, Barbecues, tennis courts (6), soccer, volleyball, Sauna, game rooms (2), Playground and restaurant and mini market (open in season). Apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room and Bathroom, MAX 7 people 1 bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 auxiliary bed. Bunk beds and mattresses new! Air conditioning and TV in the rooms, ceiling fans in the living room, full kitchen, TV and DVD with USB in the room and Wi Fi. Comments: -No lift. Apartment on the second floor. -Check-in and check-out 10:00 and 12:00 -The apartment is entitled to 1 car garage, not demarcated. -Has no available bed and bath linen. -The condo allows small animal. No charge guarantee -For access to and use of the leisure facilities (swimming pools (2), Barbecues, tennis courts (6), soccer, volleyball, Sauna, game rooms (2), Playground), you must pay a fee for use directly to the administration of the condominium, with debit card. Value per person, single rate, for up to 15 days, is $40, during the year and 15/12 to the Carnival, the value is R $100,00.

Respect the rules of the condominium, which are delivered on arrival. Taking out the trash, on the way out, please.

Location in Toninhas, Ubatuba

Supermarket in the vicinity and a very good artisanal Flintstones: Caiçara Flintstones, which is next to the condominium.

Seriedade, Respeito e Comprometimento com o client A Luciana foi excelente, desde a chegada até a saida se demonstrou preocupada com nosso bem estar. As fotos refletem o apt como é. Encontramos o apt limpo e pronto para entrada sem surpresas desagradáveis.Não tem guarda-roupas nos quartos , porém para uma curta temporada não interfere em nada, pois os móveis que nos foi disponibilizado nos atendeu perfeitamente.Em nossa curta estadia tudo correu na mais perfeita ordem.Recomendo!!
