Located at 150 m from the best beach of Ubatuba is the Praia Grande. in upscale suburb, Garden Anchieta. Middle of the Praia grande. I have another new House for up to 15 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 parking spaces at 150 MTS. from the sea.

Location in Praia Grande, Ubatuba

Anchieta garden is a new neighborhood, middle of the Praia Grande. where buildings were constructed of medium and high standard, quiet and cozy, between the sea and the Atlantic forest, street lighting, water from Sabesp and sewer extension, streets paved. It is 3 km from the commercial centre of the city and AQUARIUM of UBATUBA. Visited all year by tourists from all over Brazil and the exterior. Especially those of MG, Goias and families of the interior of SP. and the capital. We rented for the weekend, or season. I am ALSO in the SAME NEIGHBORHOOD APARTMENT for 8 PEOPLE.

Confie, não vão se arrepender! Primeiramente meus parabéns aos proprietários pela excelente educação e pela maravilhosa casa, estive essa semana que passou nela, facil acesso a praia, muito aconchegante, bem família, muito limpa,proximo dos melhores quiosques, das melhores lanchonetes e mercados,amei muito cada instante, indico para qualquer pessoas pois vale a pena, em breve estarei de volta em ubatuba e claro nessa mesma casa!   Reply from Donato AGRADEÇO OS SEUS ELOGIOS.
